Ashley Cairns: My name is Ashley Cairns and I am the founder of A Change For Better. I. hold a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counselling. I’ve been working in New Zealand helping those with mental health challenges since 2012. I work with both children and adults using solution focused, person centred, cognitive behavioural (CBT), and dialectical behavioural (DBT) therapy techniques. I am also a trained mindfulness coach and in my spare time, I teach classes on how to make soy candles at home.
